Return / Cancellation Policy

    1. ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY:
    It has been taken into acceptance, that when a customer orders through NATFOO.IN, it becomes legal agreement between a buyer and seller.
    NATFOO.IN holds the right to Accept / Reject a cancellation request of the orders placed by its customers.
    NATFOO.IN has the right to Reject / Cancel an order on the following criteria:
       a. Large quantities of the same product ordered;
       b. If the products are ordered for commercial resale;
       c. If the order details bear an invalid address; and
       d. If any malpractice was done to place the order.

    2. RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY:
    NATFOO.IN does not accept returns on products purchased.
    NATFOO.IN will not refund any amount on products purchased.
    If the goods are damaged in-transit, replacement of the products will be processed subject to following conditions:
        a. Notice of the damage should be intimated through email (care@natfoo.in) within 24 hours on receipt of the product.
        b. Customer support will investigate and validate the damage.
    If the product needs to be replaced, we will deliver to you at free of cost.

    3. SHIPPING POLICY:
    Our legal responsibility ceases once we dispatch the material in good condition.
    Presently we are collecting shipping charges for delivery within India.
    Delivery partners are our primary source for safe and timely delivery of goods; hence the areas of coverage are limited by our delivery partners.
    If your address is not in the coverage area of our delivery partner, we will try to distribute through other alternate sources of delivery.
    We request you to grant 3 – 12 days for the delivery of orders placed with in India.
